Harbour Island Designs was established by Michelle Ferrara in 2018 as a way to merge her love of the beach and of home décor. After 28 years of moving around the country and abroad, she has at long last returned to her happy place – Narragansett, RI. Finally able to decorate her home inspired by the beauty she sees outside her front window, she creates functional yet decorative pieces that fit with that casual coastal vibe. All items are designed & made locally. Distressing the natural wood enhances the beauty and uniqueness of each piece therefore items will vary slightly.
